FAQs About Our Training Courses

How long are the training courses?

Our Will Writing and Estate Planning courses vary from one-off stand-alone sessions to modular courses, delivered over several days in 2–5-hour sessions.

If the course is not a stand-alone session, it is most likely part of a bigger module split into several online training sessions, each with a specific focus.

All new CTT Group members are required to complete our 5-day Foundation course, followed within 6 months by the Will Writer to Estate Planner course.

Who is the Estate Planning Foundation Course for?

The Estate Planning Foundation Course comprises 5 half-day sessions and is compulsory for any new CTT advisers.

This course enables you to progress onto the Will Writer to Estate Planner training course within 6 months of completion. Find out more about becoming a CTT member here.

What happens if I miss a session?

If you miss a session from our compulsory Estate Planning Foundation Course, you will be required to attend that session whenever it is next available. You must attend all training sessions within the Estate Planning Foundation Course to complete it.

We run our training sessions frequently throughout the year. So, whether you miss sessions from a compulsory or non-compulsory module, you can always retake them.

Are all Estate Planning and Will Writing training sessions remote?

Yes, our training sessions are completely remote via Zoom calls, so you can access them from anywhere!

What time do the training sessions usually run?

Our Estate Planning and Will Writing training courses are usually carried out between 9 am and 2 pm across various days.

Are the training sessions interactive?

Yes, we welcome questions from our attendees and members during our training sessions and strongly encourage cameras to be turned on to help improve the levels of interaction amongst both the hosts and attendees.

We use Slido to create live polls, Q&A, and live quizzes to engage with our participants and help you consolidate the leanings withing each module.
