Vicky plays a crucial role as the Partnership Team Manager and PA to Director Clive Ponder. With a decade-long journey at CTT, Vicky has showcased remarkable versatility across various CTT Group departments. As the cornerstone of the Partnership Team, Vicky adeptly interfaces with both new and established advisers. In addition, she orchestrates director schedules, coordinates training sessions, and presides over the operational intricacies of her team.
She deeply values the multifaceted aspects of her role, from collaborating with directors to comprehending company operations. One of Vicky's favourite things about her role is seeing CTT members grow as advisors. Her passion and commitment to supporting our professional community make her an invaluable team leader.

Hayley Ponder
Senior Partnership Coordinator
Hayley is a dynamic member of our Partnership Team, bringing a wealth of experience acquired since joining us in 2007. With a background in the Systems Team, Hayley has become our go-to internal database specialist, seamlessly blending her in-depth knowledge of our business processes with her expertise in managing workflows and Legacy Software.
Known for her bubbly personality and can-do attitude, Hayley is dedicated to providing excellent support to members and ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. Her extensive knowledge of the business coupled with her enthusiasm make her an invaluable asset to our Partnership Team, contributing significantly to our continued success.
Gilly Ransom
Partnership Team Support Assistant
Gilly is a highly respected member of our Partnership Team, bringing with her valuable experience in a previous Private Client role. Her passion and proficiency for interacting with customers aligns seamlessly with her current position as a Support Assistant.
Gilly takes on a diverse range of tasks, from setting up consultants when they join to handling payments and ensuring legal compliance through ID checks. She plays a pivotal role in onboarding, providing support, and facilitating training courses. Known for putting people at ease and creating a comfortable atmosphere, Gilly takes pride in guiding CTT members through their journey, from the beginning to the end and is an integral member of the Partnership Team.
Katie Hughes
Partnership Team Support Assistant
Katie joined CTT with a keen interest in law and is excited about the opportunity to grow within the company. She takes pride in representing CTT, learning about all departments, and utilising a broad understanding of our operations to support consultants.
As a Support Assistant, Katie has a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the Partnership Team's smooth running. She actively contributes to onboarding processes for new CTT members, assists in training courses, and provides support with software and payment handling. Her open, proactive demeanour and genuine enjoyment of getting to know people make her a valued member of the team.
